Four training courses as a shared foundation

I successfully completed the OTL fitness trainer diploma. The training package offered by Online Trainer Lizenz at the time combined four qualifications that fundamentally shaped my work in training and advice.

The components of my qualification

Fitness trainer B licence: Fundamentals of training theory, anatomy and planning suitable training tasks.

Fitness trainer A licence: Further exploration of training methodology and individual training planning.

Personal trainer: Personal support, service design and organisational fundamentals of self-employment.

Nutrition adviser: Fundamentals of nutritional science and everyday advice.

What this became in my work

The training was a foundation on which further specialisations built. Today, my Angewandte Neurofunktion connects training with a differentiated perspective on perception, regulation and individual demands.

A qualification is not an endpoint. What matters is applying knowledge appropriately, continuing to learn and keeping the scope of one’s responsibilities clear.
