Why I work this way
I used to work as a mechanical engineer. Health challenges of my own changed my everyday life and career path. That's how I came to neurocentric work.
My analytical approach has stayed with me. Alongside it is the experience of not being able to do something and not knowing how to move forward. That's why I first want to understand what limits you — and what you'd like to be able to do again.

Test rather than guess
You tell me what you find difficult and what you'd like to achieve. Then we begin practical work — clearly explained and adapted to your capacity.
Depending on your concerns, we may assess mobility, balance or eye movement control. This gives us a starting point for comparison.
I test selected movements or sensory inputs. I specifically link a helpful response to the function that showed a difficulty earlier — this is neurofunctional integration.
We repeat the tests. Together, we look at what has changed and what a sensible next step might be for you.
Experiences of working together
Reviews on three platforms and personal accounts of working together.
The reviews below have been translated from German. Links open the original reviews.
Knee pain & stress
“I've now seen you twice. The knee pain has completely gone, and the stress is increasingly easing too … That's precisely what I appreciate: the work here isn't superficial; it goes into real depth.”
Complex symptoms
“After each of my three appointments, I noticed steady improvement, so I now feel like myself again. I'm so grateful to Tino for helping me and doing this work!”
Shoulder control & training
“It took just one session to bring my grip strength and shoulder control to the same level as my right side. My overall sense of my muscles during training also improved enormously.”
Personal experiences vary. They do not promise a particular course of progress or a comparable result.
Before your first appointment
No. Tell me what's on your mind and what you'd like to achieve. During our free first conversation we explore whether and in what form my work might suit your concerns.
We talk by phone for 20 minutes about your concerns and main questions. There's no obligation, and this is not yet a detailed functional assessment. Afterwards, you decide whether you'd like to book a further appointment.
A regular session lasts 60 minutes. This is a privately paid service; I do not bill health insurance providers. You can see the current price in the relevant booking calendar before completing your booking. Appointment types and booking calendars.
There's no fixed answer in advance. After your first appointment, we discuss whether further sessions seem helpful and how far apart they should be. Your concerns and what we learn from working together guide that decision.
Yes. The ‘Neuro-Check & Orientation’ lasts 60 minutes and takes place via Google Meet. It offers a functional assessment and helps plan next steps; it is not equivalent to the comprehensive work we can do in person. View the online appointment.
Wear comfortable clothes that let you move freely. If you have them, you can bring relevant medical findings and information about previous examinations or treatment. You don't need to master any specific exercises beforehand.
No. I work as a trainer. Our work together replaces neither medical diagnosis nor medically necessary treatment. New, sudden, severe or unexplained symptoms should first be assessed medically.
The first step can be simple
You don't need to know yet which area of focus suits you. In a free phone conversation, we get to know each other briefly and explore whether my work is the right next step for you.
